Using our phones in the morning has a very serious impact on our productivity. Especially with social media, when the first thing in the morning we do is try to get a dopamine hit. There are a few ways which might help you get through it though:
- Uninstall all social media apps, email apps and everything that eats your time.
- This may sound crazy but start using them on your laptop instead. This will trick your brain and eventually you’ll realise that you ain’t missing much.
